Shipping Information

Shipping Options & Costs

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days): $7.99. Free for orders over $50.
  • Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $15.99.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

Currently, Notnice Lifestyle ships exclusively within the United States. We are actively working on expanding our shipping to international destinations in the near future. Stay tuned!

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier's website.

Return Policy

We want you to love your Notnice Lifestyle purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our return process works:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Personalized items and final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please visit our Contact Us page and provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you prefer an exchange, please indicate this when you initiate the return, and we'll do our best to accommodate, subject to availability.
